Southern Military Personnel to Return to Duty by Court Order

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Aden – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] The Administrative Court of Aden declared its court order obligatory to the Yemeni government to enforce the decision no. 14 of 2014 concerning the return of dismissed military personnel to active duty as dismissed officers filed a complain against the government for not enforcing the decision. The court, headed by Judge Saleh Awad, decided that all officers who were forcefully dismissed are to return to active duty with all necessary financial, ranking and pension settlements and the period of their forceful retirement is to be accounted for as active duty.
