Southern National Dialogue Team holds its periodic meeting headed by Al-Halimi

The Southern National Dialogue team, on Monday, held its periodic meeting headed by Mr. Murad Al-Halimi, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, head of the team.
The meeting began with the recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah on the souls of the martyrs of the terrorist incident, which’s widely condemned internally and externally, that targeted Mr. Ahmed Lamlas, Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, Governor of the capital, Aden, and Major General Salem Al-Socotri, Deputy Secretary-General, Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture, and their companions.
The meeting stressed that what the South witnessed, and specifically the armed and sabotage in the city of Crater, confirms the importance and the role of the southern national dialogue with an open horizon in confronting the challenges that are facing the South and its national project, more than ever.
The team leader presented an overview of the interaction of the Presidency of the Transitional Council with the briefings submitted to it about the team’s work abroad, and the decisions it took to advance the pace of dialogue – with the various southern parties – on the basis that the South is a homeland accommodates all its citizens, without exclusion or marginalization, and with them it will be restored and be built its independent federal state.
The team discussed a number of reports of the meetings that took place with the southern national components and personalities, stressing the completion of communication with the rest of the components and other personalities with care and responsibility.
The team expressed its high appreciation for the national response and interaction shown by the southern patriotic components and personalities, which would strengthen the internal national front and make the team’s tasks a success.
The meeting agreed to assign the member of the dialogue team, Dr. Saeed Al-Jariri, as an official spokesman for the team.
