Southern Transitional Council Starts Providing Affected Citizens of Laban Hurricane with Urgent Aids
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Mehra – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] Humanitarian aids commission of the southern transitional council to Al-Mehra started providing affected families of Laban Hurricane with urgent aids in Al-Ghaida. Delivery was scheduled according to three branches (a, b and c) according to the needs of affected citizens in all directorates. Dr. Sohair Ali Ahmed, member of the council’s presidency and chairwoman of the commissions supervised the launch with attendance of Dr. Nagwa Fadl, Mrs, Ibtesam Al-Akraby and Hassan Al-Mahdi, deputy chairman of local leadership of Al-Mehra. In addition, prominent community figures attended the launch including Sheikh Salem Hazmi, Sheikh Mohamed Salem, Sheikh Mohamed Saad Al-Swaify, Sheikh Salem Ali Said Kalshat and Sheikh Ahmed Said Kalshat. Furthermore, members of the commission and members of local leaderships of the governorate and directorates attended the launch. The commission was formed according to directives of president Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, president of the southern transitional council as categorizing affected citizens was done according to field survey and field observations to estimate damages and urgent needs.
