The Southern Transitional Council welcomes the consensual decision that includes the appointment of Awad Mohammed Abdullah Al-Awlaki as governor of Shabwa governorate, stressing the need for concerted efforts to support it and address the imbalances that have accumulated in the governorate during the past two years, stressing its progress towards completing the implementation of the remaining provisions of the Riyadh Agreement.
