STC President Issues Decree Appointing LLEB Head, Deputy, and Secretariat Director in Al-Mahra Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued decree No. (12) of 2025 on Saturday, May 10th, concerning the appointment of a head, deputy head, and director of the Secretariat administration in the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) of the STC in Al-Mahra Governorate.
The decree included the following articles:
Article (1): The following individuals are hereby appointed to the specified positions within the LLEB in Al-Mahra Governorate:
Mr. Abdulraheem Ahmed Mohammed Al-Sadiq, Head of the LLEB in Al-Mahra Governorate.
Mr. Omar Abdullah Abdulrahman Baabad, Deputy Head of the LLEB in Al-Mahra Governorate.
Mr. Abdulfattah Ahmed Hussein Mohammed, Director of the Secretariat Administration in the LLEB in Al-Mahra Governorate.
Article (2): This decree shall enter into force from the date of its issuance and any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be deemed null and void and be published in the Official Gazette of the STC.
