STC President Issues Decree No. 13 of 2024 on Restructuring LLEB in Al-Mahra Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Monday, March 11, Decree No. 13 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) in Al-Mahra Governorate as follows:

1. Talal Saeed Mohammad Ba-Yaqoub, Head of the Financial and Administrative Administration
2. Sami Salem Salem Balhaf, Head of Social and Public Affairs Administration
3. Khamis Gharib Khamis Al-Kush, Head of the Youth and Sports Administration
4. Nokhada Musllam Salem Mughaifiq, Head of the Economic and Service Administration
5. Saeed Salem Awad Hamed, Head of the Organizational Administration
6. Abdul Rahman Karama Salem Ba-Issa, Head of the Media and Cultural Administration
7. Abdul Rahim Ahmed Mohammad Al-Sadiq Al-Muqaddam, Head of the Political Department
8. Mohammad Zain Mohammad bin Zain, Head of Religious Thought and Guidance Administration
9. Hassan Ali bin Alyan Kalshat, Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration
10. Umra Saadan Ali Al-Jedhi, Head of Women and Children Administration
11. Mohammad Salem Nafhat Keddah, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
