STC President Issues Decree No. 31 of 2024 on Restructuring the LLEB in Shabwa Governorate

President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zoubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), issued on Tuesday, May 14, Decree No. 31 of the year 2024, the first article of which stipulated the restructuring of the Local Leadership Executive Body (LLEB) in Shabwa Governorate as follows:

– Salem Abdul Salam Mohammed Habtoor, Head of the Organizational Administration.

– Awad Saleh Muhammad Abdullah Badas, Head of the Financial and Administrative Administration.

– Saleh Saeed Ali Bama’aila, Head of the Political Administration.

– Muhammad Ali Ahmed Pashah Al-Awlaqi, Head of the Media and Cultural Administration.

– Tahani Hussein Muhammad bin Laksar, Head of Women and Children Administration.

– Hatem Muhammad Saleh Al-Qahili, Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration.

– Nasser Ahmed Abdullah Al-Dahboul, Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration.

– Nasser Abdullah Nasser Sayud, Head of the Economic and Service Administration.

– Saleh Abdullah Muhammad Aram, Head of the Education Administration.

– Ali Hadi Saeed Paras, Head of the Public and Social Administration.

– Abdul Khaleq Saeed Nasser Bamkhashab, Head of the Religious Thought and Guidance Administration.

– Abdul Rahman Muhammad Salem Al Harmali, Head of the Youth and Sports Administration.

– Bashir Mohsen Saleh Al-Buraiki, Deputy Head of the Organizational Administration

– Muhammad Saleh Omar Qurma, Deputy Head of the Political Administration.

– Awad Belkheir Nasib Salem, Deputy Head of the Media and Cultural Administration.

– Aisha Ahmed Ali Nasser, Deputy Head of Women and Children Administration.

– Abdul Hafez Saleh Bu Zaid Alas, Deputy Head of the Legal and Human Rights Administration.

– Ahmed Salem Al-Hashera bin Saree, Deputy Head of Martyrs and Wounded Administration.

– Osama Saeed Salem Lakhla as Deputy Head of the Economic and Service Administration.

– Talib Saleh Talib Al-Ahmadi, Deputy Head of the Education Administration.

– Salah Musaed Ahmed Masrour, Deputy Head of Public and Social Administration.

– Khaled Musaed Omar Bathaniyah, Deputy Head of Religious Thought and Guidance Administration.

– Abdullah Mahdi Al-Azmi, Deputy Head of the Youth and Sports Administration.

The second article of the decree is stipulated to be enforced from the date of its issuance; any prior decree that contradicts its provisions shall be considered nil and void and to be published in the official gazette of the STC.
