STC Secretariat Discusses Political Landscape and Restructuring of LLEB in Districts of the South

The General Secretariat of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its regular meeting today, Sunday, in the capital, Aden, chaired by Major General Kamal Hamshari, a member of the Presidium and Acting Secretary-General.
The meeting discussed a report on the political landscape over the past two weeks, presented by the Political Department, covering all local, regional, and international levels, focusing on the most prominent political developments related to the cause of the people of the South.
Furthermore, the meeting shed light on the restructuring process of the Local Leadership Executive Bodies (LLEB) of the STC in the districts of the South and reviewed the steps that have been taken in this regard, stressing the importance of expediting the remaining stages of the restructuring process in a way that ensures the achievement of results that contribute to the development of the organizational and executive structure of the STC.
The meeting reviewed a report on the work discipline of the Secretariat staff, submitted by the Administrative and Financial Department, which included the attendance and absence for the month of May.
Similarly, the meeting touched on a range of recent developments and miscellaneous matters related to the workflow of the LLEBs, and a number of suggestions were put forward to contribute to enhancing work in various fields.
At the end of the meeting, they reviewed and approved its previous minutes after assimilating the feedback as well as a report on the activities of departments of the Secretariat during the past week.
