STC’s General Secretariat Inaugurates President Al-Zubaidi’s Prize

The Department of Youth and Students in the General Secretariat of the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) inaugurated in the capital, Aden, on Thursday the Awarded Prize of President Aidaroos Qassem Al-Zubaidi, in the presence of Mr. Fadhl Mohammed Al-Gaadi, member of the Presidium of the STC and Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat.
During the inauguration, Mr. Fadl Al-Gaadi lauded the efforts of the Department of Youth and Students in creating valuable opportunities for young people to show their talents and creativity, appreciating the idea of the President’s Prize, which contributes to providing community with various scientific visions and projects that serve the country and make it keep pace with the ongoing developments.
Mr. Al-Gaadi pointed out that the political leadership of the STC supports the youth, creators and researchers and encourages them to double efforts to overcome the difficulties and challenges to achieve a scientific renaissance that serves generations and the future of the country.
For his part, Al-Kuraihi Kana’an, Deputy Head of the Youth and Students Department, expressed gratitude to the leadership of the STC, for their constant support to the youth in all the steps that they take to achieve grand success, and encourage them to think creatively and innovately, calling on the youth to insightfully achieve distinction that is applicable on the ground and engage in an honest competition to be honoured with the President’s Prize.
It is worth mentioning that the President’s Prize for Creativity, Innovation, and Scientific Excellence aims to raise the level of awareness and encourage innovators to actively contribute to bringing about knowledge-based development that enhances the comprehensive and sustainable social and economic development of the country.
