STC’s Political Commission Holds Regularly Scheduled Meeting and Stands Before Developments in the Political Scene

The political commission (PC) assisting the Presidium of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its periodic meeting today, Wednesday, in the capital, Aden, chaired by Dr. Khaled Ba-Madhaf, deputy head of the PC, and discussed the most prominent political developments in the South.

In the beginning of the meeting, the PC stood before the developments in the local, regional, and international political scene, denouncing the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the Gaza Strip.

The Commission lauded the efforts and positive results achieved by the visit of President Aidarous Al-Zoubaidi, President of the STC and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), and his accompanying delegation to New York, and his participation in the meetings of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly, as well as his diplomatic meetings with American policymakers and southern communities in the United States.

At the end of its meeting, the PC discussed a range of organizational topics and issues on its agenda and took the appropriate measures.
