Studies and Researches Department organizes third analytical forum in Aden the capital

The Department of Studies and Researches in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council organized on Sunday, in the capital, Aden, the third analytical forum on “governmental institutional performance and its impact on restoring infrastructure in the liberated South” under the auspices of President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council.
Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, delivered a speech in which he stressed the importance of working to create partnership between the Council and state institutions, and the need to present ideas that contribute to strengthening work and addressing problems within the framework of the southern state.
Dr. Mohammad Jaafar Bin Al-Sheikh Abu Bakr, Head of Studies and Researches Department at the General Secretariat, spoke at the forum, in which he illustrated the headlines and focal points of the forum, which will be addressed over two days, wishing the deliberations would move towards consolidating awareness, and that the forum would have serious outcomes that would enhance performance aimed at establishing and building solid foundations that would help restoring the state.
On its first day, the forum dealt with a number of papers on the relationship and partnership, and studying the strengths and weaknesses of work, the necessity of selecting the southern cadre, and the importance of training and rehabilitation, in which the forum discussed the presented points, and the observations made by the participants.
