The Chairman of the National Assembly reviews work progress of the Research and Decision Support Center of STC

Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), met on Monday, with the Head of the Research and Decision Support Center of STC, Mr. Lutfi Shatara.
Al-Kathiri was briefed by Shatara on the progress of work at the centre, its plans and programmes, and the activities to be implemented by it, in addition to the visions and proposals that the center is working on to enhance the southern political discourse.
The meeting touched on coordination mechanisms and joint work between the Center for Research and Decision-Making Support of STC, and the National Assembly committees to submit studies and reports that address societal problems and issues.
The President of the National Assembly praised the role of the Center for Research and Decision-Making Support in providing studies and consultations related to various issues, keeping abreast of all developments in the regional environment and at the international level, and providing visions aimed at strengthening the political presence of the South and its cause towards achieving the national goals of our people.
