The coast of Hadramout rises up against the Yemeni parliament

A protest was held on Friday, in the coast of Hadramout, expressing the citizens’ rejection of the presence of the outgoing speaker of the Yemeni parliament in Mukalla.

They demanded the expulsion of the symbols of Brotherhood legitimacy who are fleeing from the confrontation against the terrorist Houthi militia, denouncing the attempt to legitimize the tools of the expired Yemeni parliament.

The local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council in Hadramout called on citizens to demonstrate in response to the provocations of Brotherhood’s legitimacy against southerners.

On Friday afternoon, the city of Mukalla in Hadramout witnessed an angry protest demonstration, rejecting the presence of the Presidency of the Yemeni parliament in the governorate, and the attempt to convene it in Seiyun.

The head of the Transitional Council executive in Hadramout, Colonel Saeed Al-Mohammadi, advanced the demonstrators, who raised the flags of the South, and stressed their rejection of the presence of the Speaker of the expired Yemeni Parliament in Hadramout, and his attempt to hold session of the outdated Yemeni Parliament in Seiyun.
