The Electricity of Aden the capital: All power generating stations will stop in two days

Aden the Capital Electricity Corporation attributed the increase in power outage hours compared to operating hours to the cessation of all generating stations from service, except for the Al-Ra’is (The President) station with a capacity of 90 megawatts and Al-Mansoura with a capacity of 30 megawatts, which are expected to be out of service in two days.
The Corporation indicated its appeal to all parties to provide fuel more than a month ago to provide quantities of diesel fuel that would contribute to ensuring continuity of service, but it did not find any response.
The Electricity of Aden the capital renewed its appeal to the Presidential Leadership Council and the Government, for the necessity of urgent intervention and securing a quantity of diesel fuel to restore the generation stations, and achieve relative stability of the service, in light of the decrease in loads during the winter.
