The General Secretariat of Transitional Council holds its periodic meeting chaired by Al-Jaadi

The General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held, on Monday, its periodic meeting, chaired by Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, the Deputy Secretary-General.
The meeting reviewed the political scene report submitted by the Political Department, which included an analytical reading of the statements of some ambassadors of Western countries about the developments and events taking place in the southern arena, especially the demonstrations that took place in Hadramout and Shabwa governorates against the practices of the Brotherhood militias, and the operations of bandit and theft and storming villages and homes, and the continuous kidnappings against the people of the South in Shabwa and Hadramout valley.
The meeting also listened to the semi-annual report submitted by the Department of Women and Children, which included the most prominent activities and events implemented by the department during the first half of the year 2021.
In its meeting, the secretariat touched on a number of developments on the southern arena, foremost of which were the protests in Hadramout governorate yesterday against the new dose in the prices of oil derivatives, the issues of the displaced, and the latest practical steps taken by the Southern Judicial Club regarding opening and managing the work of the courts.
In its meeting, the secretariat praised the success of the cultural and artistic festival organized by the Cultural Department in the Secretariat on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Adha, that expressed the cultural, artistic and historical heritage of the people of the South.
The meeting also reviewed the weekly achievement report of the departments of the General Secretariat, as well as the minutes of its previous meeting.
