The General Secretariat resumes holding its periodic meetings and discusses its organizational activities and current political scene

The Assistant Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi,  chaired on Monday, the periodic meeting of the General Secretariat, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in the capital, Aden.

In the meeting, Al-Jaadi reviewed the importance of the current new stage after the Riyadh Agreement and the points of strengths imposed by the delegation of the Southern Transitional Council in Riyadh, in which the Council succeeded in imposing itself as a political force and a main party in the equation of representation of the south.

Al-Jaadi stressed on the need to stand with the new governor of the capital, Aden, Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, to rescue the capital, Aden, from the miserable conditions that it is experiencing due to trading in the blood and livelihood of its citizens, and to restore the city to its normal state, which it has known throughout history as the capital of beauty, thought and literature, as well as for the rest of the southern provinces. .

Al-Jaadi extended his thanks and appreciation to the negotiating delegation in Riyadh led by the President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidaroos Qassem Al-Zubaidi, for their efforts to serve the land and human of the south, and he thanked the people of the south, who stood proudly in support of the steps of the Transitional Council in defense of their rights.

The meeting, which was resumed after the holiday of Eid Al-Adha, reviewed the current political scene through a report prepared by the political department, and the activities reports of the General Secretariat and local bodies, in addition to a report on the organizational performance of local bodies and the level of job discipline for the month of July, and the meeting also reviewed and approved its previous minutes.
