The government visits the Central Bank and stresses need to support efforts of the local currency

The government visited the headquarters of the Central Bank of Yemen in Aden and met with its leadership.

The Prime Minister Dr. Moein Abdul-Malik accompanied by a number of ministers visited the headquarters of the bank and held a meeting under its leadership.

The Prime Minister urged the necessity of joining efforts to promote the Yemeni currency and speed up the process of paying salaries.

Abdul-Malik affirmed that the government will do its utmost for the success of economic moves in this aspect.
