The Governor of Aden the capital Discusses Efforts to Address Issues of Private Sector

Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Governor of the capital, Aden, and Abubakr Baobaid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aden Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Presidential Committee in charge of addressing private sector issues, discussed efforts to protect lands and collect zakat duties.

In a meeting gathered them in the presence of Ahmed Al-Mahdar, Director General of Zakat Duties authority, the meeting discussed the proposed solutions to organize the work of the Land Protection Unit to expedite practical procedures and facilitate citizens’ transactions, according to an agreed-upon regulation to be announced at the next Executive Office meeting.

The meeting stressed the continuation of the work of the zakat duties teams within the revenue development program according to law and regulations, making efforts to facilitate work performance, and continuing joint meetings to coordinate efforts to address problems and issues.
