The Governor of Aden the capital issues decision to establish security unit to intervene in lands issues

The Governor of the capital, Aden, head of the security committee, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas issued Resolution No. 85 of 2021 regarding the establishment and formation of Lands Intervention Unit.

Article (1): The formation and establishment of a security unit specialized in interfering with lands problems and settling disputes therein, called the “Lands Problems Intervention Unit”.

Article (2): This security unit is exclusively linked to the governor of Aden, head of the security committee.

Article (3): This security unit carries out the following tasks and duties:

Suspending work on plans not issued by the Lands, State Real Estate and Urban Planning Authority.

• Preventing construction without a license from municipalities and construction, which is the body responsible for issuing licenses.
• Preventing and controlling disputes and litigants and referring them to the judiciary or the competent authorities.
• Preventing and controlling illegal brokers and brokering activities in lands and urban plans
• Ceasing any acts that violate or violate the purposes or objectives of urban plans.
• Implementing legal prosecution for violations and violators of the previous paragraphs
• Organizing and coordinating work with the competent authorities and the judicial authority to ensure the implementation of this resolution and its purposes.

Article (4): The Governor issues a decision appointing a commander for the security unit and his assistants.

Article (5): The Governor issues a guide to the executive instructions for the work of this unit in coordination with the Security Committee.

Article 6: The Security Committee provides legal assistance and advisory support to the security unit specialized in interfering with lands problems.

Article 7: This decision shall be implemented from the date of its issuance and announced in the media, and those who are required to implement it shall be notified.

The governor of the capital, Aden, and head of the security committee, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, issued Resolution No. 86 of 2021 regarding the appointment of a commander for the intervention unit in lands problems.

Article (1): appointing Captain Kamal Mutlaq Jaber Othman Al-Halimi No. 23352 as commander of the Lands Problems Intervention Unit.

Article (2): The commander shall carry out the tasks and duties of the security unit by the decision to form the unit.

Article (3): This decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, and whoever is required to implement it shall be notified.
