The Governor of Shabwa Discusses Road Maintenance Fund Action Plan

The Governor of Shabwa, Awad bin Al-Wazir, on Wednesday, stressed the role of the Road and Bridge Maintenance Fund in the governorate, through its supervision of many projects.
During his meeting with Eng. Talib Al-Qarmoushi, Director of the Fund in Shabwa, bin Al-Wazir was briefed on the status of the fund and the level of work progress, and the report on the completion of maintenance and rehabilitation projects for a number of roads and streets in the city of Ataq in the first half of this year 2024.
Al-Qarmoushi reviewed the work plan and activity of the Road and Bridge Maintenance Fund branch for the second half of 2024.
Governor bin Al-Wazir expressed his support for the efforts of the Road Fund to achieve the best results, calling for joint coordination with various parties to develop an emergency plan to confront any damage to the various roads of the governorate, with the rainy season.
