The joint forces liberates mountainous heights in Hajar north of Qataba in Al-Dhalea.
The joint forces launched a large-scale attack on the coup sites in all sectors north and west of Al-Dhalea governorate.
According to the spokesperson of the 30th Armored Brigade, Lieutenant-Colonel Jayyab al-Sayyadi, units of the army supported by the security belt led by the commander of Al-Dhalea axis, Brigadier General Hadi al-Awlaki, launched a well-to-do attack on the Houthi positions and managed to control several mountainous heights in Hajar area of Ghalak sector, north of Qataba.
While carrying out specific operations in the sectors of Al-Fakher and Habil Al-Abdi, and managed to kill 11 Houthi militants and wounding 6 in intense battles that the front has not seen since nearly half a year ago.
This attack comes as a reaction after the Houthis violated the truce and committed more than twenty violations, including sniping and targeting of civilians, according to the spokesman for the 30th Brigade.
