The Legal and Human Rights Assistant Authority of STC reviews report submitted by representative of the Legal Affairs and Human Rights Department

The Legal and Human Rights Assistant Authority to the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its periodic meeting, on Thursday, in the capital, Aden, headed by Dr. Saad Mohammed Saad, Chairman of the Authority, to address the current developments and how to deal with them legally.

The meeting reviewed the procedures issued by the meetings of the STC Presidency and the auxiliary bodies related to the content of the evaluation reports, as well as related to the work of the Council’s bodies, and took the necessary measures regarding them.

The Authority also discussed the report submitted by the representative of the Department of Legal Affairs and Human Rights in the General Secretariat of the Presidency of STC, which included a number of activities and events implemented by the Department and a number of its corresponding departments in the executive bodies of local leadership in the governorates.

During its meeting, Authority reviewed the latest topics on its agenda and took the necessary decisions regarding them.
