The Minister of Agriculture arrives in Socotra to inspect needs of the island

The Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries, Mr. Salem Abdullah Al-Socotri, arrived on Monday, in the Socotra Archipelago, coming from the capital, Aden, where he was received by a number of officials of the local authority on the island.
The minister expressed his happiness at the warm reception, which embodies the popular cohesion and the usual fraternal bonding of the people of Socotra since time immemorial, revealing that the aim of his visit is to see the conditions of the archipelago and the requirements of its children.
The Minister of Agriculture adopts a development vision for the fisheries and agricultural sectors to improve the infrastructure, serve citizens, improve the conditions of fishermen and farmers, and enhance productivity.
