The National Assembly discusses social affairs plans for 2024

Mr. Ali Al-Kathiri, Acting President of the Southern Transitional Council, Chairman of the National Assembly, discussed with the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaouri, on Sunday, the ministry’s plans for the new year 2024.
The two parties discussed the progress of work of social affairs offices in the governorates, the level of implementation of their tasks, and advancing partnership with international organizations and donors to implement development projects and improve livelihoods.
Al-Kathiri appreciated the Ministry’s efforts to improve livelihoods among the most needy segments of society, in coordination with international organizations, donors and civil society institutions, noting that the Council provided the necessary facilities to enhance the Ministry’s performance.
