The National Southern Media Authority holds its periodic meeting headed by Al-Kathiri

The National Southern Media Authority, on Thursday, held its periodic meeting, chaired by Ali Al-Kathiri, member of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, head of the National Southern Media Authority.
In the meeting, Al-Kathiri stressed the importance of adhering to the media discourse, and the interest of all sectors of the authority in the living conditions of concern to the people of the South, and that the Transitional Council’s media be effective and supportive of all the needs of our people and confronting the double political, media and military wars targeting our people and their cause, urging all sectors of the authority to keep pace with political activity. and public support for all council bodies, as well as keeping pace with political interactions at the regional and international levels related to the issue of the people of the South.
Al-Kathiri also touched on political developments related to international efforts to stop the war and establish a framework for a comprehensive peace process.
The meeting discussed developments related to the process of preparation for the launch of the General Conference for Southern Journalists and Media Persons through the inauguration of committees in all governorates of the South in coordination with all Southern media members at home and abroad and directly with the relevant committees and preparing documents to be presented at the conference.
The meeting also stood before the performance of the authority’s activities and the completion of decisions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the sectors, and took the necessary measures in this regard.
