The President of STC issues Resolution No. (4) of 2023 regarding the establishment of supreme executive leadership of the Presidency of STC

The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, on Monday, 8/5/2023, issued Resolution No. (4) of 2023, regarding the establishment of the Supreme Executive Leadership of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, which is stipulated as the following:
Article (1): The Supreme Executive Leadership of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council shall be established as a supreme central body in the STC.
Article (2): The Supreme Executive Leadership includes in its membership the ministers of the South in the government of power-sharing, the governors of the governorates of the South, and whomever the President of the STC deems necessary to add to its membership.
Article (3): The members of the supreme executive leadership enjoy the rights and duties of the members of the Presidency of STC during the exercise of their duties.
Article (4): The President of the STC may add to membership whomever he deems necessary from among the senior southern leaders in the central state bodies.
Article (5): The internal regulations of the supreme executive leadership of the Presidency of STC determine its organizational structure, tasks and specializations, and it is issued by a decision of the President of the STC.

Article (6): This resolution shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette and the media of the STC.
