The President of STC issues Resolution No. (6) of 2023 regarding appointment of heads of Legal and Human Rights Authority and General Directorate of Foreign Affairs of STC

The President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), on Monday, May 8, 2023, issued Resolution No. (6) of 2023 regarding the appointment of the heads of the Legal and Human Rights Authority and the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs of the STC.
Article (1): The two persons mentioned below shall be appointed to fill the specified tasks alongside each of them, and they are:
Mr. Dr. Saad Mohammed Saad Mohammed, Chairman of the Legal and Human Rights Authority
Dr.. Saleh Mohsen Al-Hajj, Head of the General Directorate of Foreign Affairs
Article (2): The internal regulations of the auxiliary bodies determine the tasks and competence of each of them.
Article (3): This decision shall come into effect from the date of its issuance, and any previous decision that contradicts its provisions shall be cancelled, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette of the STC.
