[su_dropcap]A[/su_dropcap]l-Manassa security post of the security belt troops, west of Aden, exhausted a try to smuggle massive amounts of ammunition and machine guns into Aden. Ammunition and guns were cleverly hidden between the front and trunk of a van as soldier of the post found it during careful inspection. A security source indicated that the driver was transferred to the Security Belt Troops headquarters for interrogation and ammunition and guns were confiscated.
Hussain Kattan, commander of the western sector of Aden, appreciated the efforts of all soldiers of the security belt, especially in Al-Manassa post for exhausting such tries. He added that soldiers became more experienced in discovering such tries and exhausting them professionally although smugglers use very clever ways. He also indicated that such successes came according to direct orders of commandership of the security belt troops and the Arab Coalition and above all, God’s will. He thanked UAE and the Arab Coalition for their vital role in this respect.
It is noteworthy that Al-Manassa post exhausted several similar operations during the past few weeks and protected Aden from such vicious acts.
