The Southern Transitional Council Condemns The Authority Media Charges And Promises To Judge Them
The Southern Transitional Council (STC) strongly condemns the charges and mistaken news which has been produced and overspread by the authority medias on Saturday evening, specifically the Yemeni News Agency, Saba. The agency published on its website fabricated and mistaken news post which charges the STC by destabilizing the security situations in Nashtoon district in Al-Mahra province and also charging the STC by the recent crackdown against the security forces by some gunmen there.
The Yemeni News Agency, Saba, affirms that the gunmen which targeted the security force in an operation to transfer some prisoners from Al-Gedha to Al-Mokala belongs to the president of the STC Aidros Al-Zobidy, which we strongly rejects totally. The spokesman of the STC Salem Thabit Al-Awlaki: “we uphold the right of reply and to judge the agency for their mistaken charges, which really comes in accordance with the STC presidency and members visit to Al-Mahera province aiming to insult the presidency of STC and its lastly movements and spreading over all the southern provinces. We are also surprised by the professionalism downfall for that public agency which the authority tries to use it unlawfully to achieve irresponsible agendas”.
