[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Adan – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] In its regular meeting on Thursday February 8th, 2018, presidency of the southern transitional council, headed by Sheikh Hany Ben Brik, vice president of the council, discussed current issues in the south in addition to several reports about the activities of the council’s departments. Presidency of the council asserted the council’s commitment with cool down calls of the Arab Coalition in spite of violations and provocative acts of Ben Daghar’s government. The presidency also asserted that media escalation practiced by Ben Daghar’s government doesn’t help stabilizing the situation as it increases congestion, especially with poor living conditions resulting from the malpractices of the government and its corruption. In addition, the presidency indicated its commitment with the demands declared by the southern transitional council and the southern resistance, starting with the dismissal of Ben Daghar’s government, as an unnegotiable southern demand. The presidency demanded that the countries of the Arab Coalition, under commandership of Saudi Arabia and UAE, to practice more pressure to solve this crisis through responding to the southern public demands.
