The Southern Transitional Council (STC) promises a strong representation of Aden and Hadramout Universities in the Southern National Assembly
The southern Transitional Council (STC) endorsed in a preliminary approval the representation of Aden and Hadramout Universities by 13 representatives in the Southern National Assembly.
This unprecedented decision, according to many political analysts, will give both universities an equal representation to one of the governorates and a major opportunity for their participation in shaping the political process and the future of South Arabia.
Mr. Aidroos, Alzubaidi, the president of STC, met during the holiday with some of the members of the Southern Academic society and discussed the role of both universities and the eminannt need to start the process of involving all their members to nominate their choices to represent the universities in the Southern National Assembly as agreed.
