The local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) in the capital, Aden, on Wednesday, held a meeting with the heads of the council’s executive bodies in the districts of Aden, headed by Mr. Moamen Al-Saqqaf, member of the Presidency of STC and Head of the Executive Body of the STC in the capital, Aden.

At the meeting, Al-Saqqaf stressed the need for everyone to carry out their responsibilities and tasks assigned to them, and to work in the spirit of one team to advance society and serve citizens according to the available capabilities, stressing the importance of feeling the concerns and problems of citizens in the directorates and working to solve them.

Al-Saqqaf stressed the importance of coordinating work between the executive bodies of the STC in the districts as well as the local authority in the governorate, for the benefit of citizens and the public interest of the city, thanking the efforts made to enhance the activity and work of the STC.

The meeting addressed the tasks that have been accomplished and what will be worked on during the coming period, touching on the problems and difficulties that faced the workflow of the local authorities in the districts, listening to a number of opinions and proposals that would solve them, and taking the necessary measures regarding them.

The meeting, which was attended by lawyer Niran Souqi, head of the Relief and Humanitarian Aid Authority for the Presidency of the STC, touched on the mechanism for distributing food baskets to the families of the martyrs and the needy in the capital, Aden, under the directives of President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, and with the support of our brothers in the United Arab Emirates, to alleviate the suffering of citizens. .
