The STC’s Research and Decision Support Center reviews repercussions of attacks on maritime navigation

Today, Monday, in the capital, Aden, the Assistant Research and Decision Support Center for the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held its regular meeting, headed by Mr. Lutfi Shatara, President of the Center.

The meeting discussed a number of topics, most notably the repercussions of the events taking place in the Red Sea, noting that the terrorist acts and organized piracy committed by the Houthi terrorist militia affect southern national security.

The meeting explained that the Transitional Council rejects all acts of terrorism and piracy practiced by the terrorist Houthi militia, and is working with the international community to secure international waterways and protect international navigation and energy supplies.
