The Training and Qualification Authority of STC holds its first meeting for April and reviews its quarterly report

The Training and Qualification Authority of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) held its first regular meeting for April on Sunday, in the capital, Aden, chaired by Dr. Reem Luqman, Vice President of the Authority.
The meeting began with condolences for the passing of Dr. Mohammed Salem bin Jumaan, Associate Professor at Hadhramout University and one of the Authority’s cooperating trainers. Dr. Luqman praised the deceased’s contributions to the field of training and qualification.
In her speech, Dr. Luqman emphasized the importance of strengthening teamwork to achieve strategic goals, most notably capacity development and raising the efficiency of cadres in various fields that serve the Council and its national goals.
The meeting discussed the first quarterly report for 2025, reviewing the most prominent activities and achievements made during the past period.
The meeting commended the training programs implemented during the first quarter of this year, given their role in developing the competencies of cadres in the media, political, and strategic fields.
The meeting emphasized the need to make optimal use of periodic reports to evaluate performance and identify future training needs, keeping pace with current developments and challenges.
