The UAE Red Crescent distributes 904 Eid sacrifices in Hadramaut Governorate

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Red Crescent Authority launched a sacrificial animal distribution project for Eid Al-Adha in Hadramaut Governorate, with a total of 904 sacrificial animals for 6,328 individuals in a number of directorates of the governorate.
The first day of Eid Al-Adha witnessed the distribution of 279 sacrifices to 1,116 families of people of determination, cancer and kidney failure patients, and the most needy groups in the districts of Al-Mukalla and Ghail Bawazir.
The initiative came within the humanitarian and relief projects of the United Arab Emirates through its humanitarian arm, the UAE Red Crescent Authority, to improve the living conditions of the most needy groups.
The representative of the UAE Red Crescent Authority in Hadramaut, Hamid Rashid Al Shamsi, said that the initiative reflects the UAE’s keenness to support brothers in Yemen and provide aid to needy families in Hadramaut, stressing that the distribution of sacrifices comes within the framework of ongoing efforts to strengthen humanitarian ties and alleviate the suffering of the most needy groups. .
