The Vice President of STC reviews work plans of the National Assembly

Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, on Wednesday, in Mukalla, held a meeting with Ali Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the National Assembly.
Al-Bahsani reviewed the National Assembly’s activity and its administrative bodies, its plan for the current year, and the committees’ plans in the next stage, which includes, in its first stage, preparing a database related to the work of each committee, collecting laws and regulations, identifying gaps, and developing appropriate solutions and treatments.
Al-Bahsani appreciated the efforts of the National Assembly’s presidency, its bodies, and its blocs in the southern governorates, to advance the legislative and oversight tasks of the Southern Transitional Council, expressing his readiness to provide all forms of support to enhance its activity.
For his part, Al-Kathiri thanked Al-Bahsani for his keenness to improve the activity of the National Assembly and to provide the necessary facilities to raise its level, praising his continuous meetings with various segments of society in Hadramaut, to unite the people of the governorate and gather their voice on basic national issues.
