Two judges referred to Accounting Council and investigation with a member of the Public Prosecution

The Supreme Judicial Council in the capital, Aden, headed by Judge Mohsen Yahya Talib, decided to assign Judge Youssef Mohammed Rizq Allah Bashbib as President of the Shahn Primary Court in addition to his previous work.
It announced in its meeting today, Wednesday, the transfer of Judge Murad Abdul Qader Muhammad Al-Azani to work as a member of the General Department of Public Prosecutions in the Office of the Attorney General.
The Judicial Council allowed the investigation to begin with a member of the Public Prosecution based on the request submitted by the Attorney General, and referred two judges to the Accounting Council in disciplinary cases filed by the Judicial Inspection Authority.
The Supreme Judicial Council referred a number of grievances submitted to it to the committee formed to examine them, and urged the committee to quickly decide on them.
