UN delegation visits sites of largest government hospitals in Aden the capital

Mr. Mohammad Othman Akram, the United Nations Country Director for Project Services, UNOPS, in office-Amman and his accompanying delegation, visited Al-Sadaqa General Educational Hospital in Aden the capital.
They were received by the Director General of the hospital, Dr. Kafayah Al-Jazei, who welcomed the delegation, praising their role in supporting the hospital.
During the meeting, Al-Jazei discussed with Othman the hospital’s need for projects that serve the citizens and the speed of their implementation
The purpose of the visit was to see the status of the hospital and the sites to be intervened and the projects worked on.
The visiting delegation from the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), consisting of Mr. Mohammed Othman, Country Director, Mr. Fayyad Ahmed, Director of the Office – Aden, Dr. Khaldoun Salem, Project Programs Adviser at the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), and Engineer Ramses Younis, city engineer in charge of projects in the governorates (Aden, Lahj) (Abyan, Al-Dhalea), accompanied by Al-Jazei and her deputy, Dr. Yasser Al-Wali, and the Director of Relations, Nasser Jannaf, in which they conducted a field tour of the isolation center to be rehabilitated, as well as the special site to be built and a building for women and childbirth.
At the end of the tour, Mr. Othman stressed that the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) pays all its attention to Al-Sadaqa Hospital and the work of projects in it, in order to improve the service provided to the patients.
At the conclusion of the visit, Dr. Kefaya Al-Jazei expressed thanks and great gratitude to the visiting delegation and their great interest in supporting the hospital with projects that will make a qualitative leap for the distinguished service provided by the hospital to patients who come for treatment from all over the country.
