Under patronage of President Al-Zubaidi.. STC in Dar Saad and local leadership in the district organize artistic and a carnival festival to celebrate anniversary of October 14 Revolution

The local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council (STC) and the local authority in the district, on Saturday, organized an artistic ceremony and a carnival festival to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution, under the patronage of President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, Vice Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council.

At the ceremony, which was attended by Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the STC, lawyer Yahya Ghaleb Al-Shuaibi, member of the Presidency of the Transitional Council, and Hussein Abbad, interim CEO of Dar Saad, Mr. Aboud Naji, Director General of Dar Saad district, delivered a speech in which he offered congratulations on this occasion to the people of the South, who demonstrated their determination and strength in achieving victory and establishing the state of the South.

Naji pointed out that the revolution of October 14, 1963, which began from the Mountains of Radfan under the leadership of the heroic martyr Ghaleb Rajeh Labouza, culminated in a great victory on November 30, 1967, stressing the path of the martyrs under the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council until the restoration of the state of the South, within its pre-90 borders, with its full sovereignty.

The carnival ceremony, which opened with verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by the southern national anthem, witnessed many diverse artistic performances presented by the kids of the South and gymnastics performances that expressed the history, heritage, culture and art of the people of the South, which won the admiration of all attendees.

The artistic ceremony was attended by lawyer Niran Souqi, head of the Relief and Humanitarian Aid Authority in the Transitional Council, and many of the STC’s leaders in the district, security and military leaders, and political, social and feminist figures in the capital, Aden.
