Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of STC Visits Youth Training and Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Youth and Sports

Mr. Essam Abdo Ali, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), visited the Youth Training and Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the capital, Aden, on Tuesday.

Essam Abdo, accompanied by Khaled Al-Khulaifi, Head of the Youth and Sports Committee of the National Assembly, and National Assembly members Dr. Fadl Al-Rubaie and Mr. Zaid Bin Harez, was briefed by Dr. Munir Lamaa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth Sector, on the center’s work, its administrative and technical departments, and the programs it offers. These programs aim to build the capacity of young people and equip them with the necessary leadership and organizational skills and knowledge, enabling them to participate effectively in civic and community life.

During the visit, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of STC and his accompanying delegation toured all the training center’s departments and halls, praising the center’s role in rehabilitating youth and improving their social, economic, and psychological well-being. He emphasized the need to enhance joint cooperation to enhance the status of youth, rehabilitate them, and focus on their interests in all fields.

For its part, the Youth Rehabilitation and Training Center’s management expressed its thanks and appreciation to the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly for the visit, appreciating the Southern Transitional Council’s keen interest and commitment to supporting various youth programs that meet their ambitions and aspirations.
