Vice Chairman of the National Media Authority Praises Dr. Al-Kholaki’s Efforts in Documenting Southern Heritage

The Vice Chairman of the National Southern Media Authority, Mukhtar Al-Yafei, received at the Authority’s headquarters in the capital, Aden, the southern researcher and historian Dr. Ali Saleh Al-Kholaki.
During the meeting, Al-Yafei expressed his great appreciation for Dr. Al-Kholaki’s efforts in documenting and disseminating the southern national heritage and history, commending his rich scientific and academic career, which has produced more than fifty books in the fields of heritage and history.
Al-Yafei emphasized that the Southern Transitional Council is proud of the presence of scientific and research figures like Dr. Al-Kholaki, who actively contribute to consolidating the southern national identity through their scientific and practical activities, and who work to revive the southern folk heritage and present it to new generations as an integral part of their national identity. For his part, Dr. Al-Kholaki commended the Southern National Media Authority’s interest in veteran media, cultural, and research cadres, and its support and care, which enhances their role in serving the cause of the South and preserving its popular and cultural heritage.
