WHO Regional Office for Middle East issues important statement on the #Corona virus in South Arabia
The Regional Office for the World Health Organization in the Middle East issued an important statement on the #Corona Virus “Covid-19 virus in South Arabia.
The organization’s statement issued by its media office stated:
The grouping actions and commitment are the only way to alleviate the effects of the pandemic.
To date, there are 7 confirmed cases of Covid-19 disease in the south, including two deaths, according to local authorities, no other cases have been officially reported to the organization, but we expect the virus to spread actively across the country.
Reports have confirmed that the transmission of the virus can be combated if people are informed of and warned about early prevention measures and disease transmission methods, and if appropriate measures are in place to test, track, isolate and care for cases.
