With UAE support, Aden Governor signs agreement to build hospital and all its facilities

Minister of State and Governor of the capital, Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, signed an agreement on Monday, in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, to build a fully integrated hospital in Aden with a capacity of 129 beds. The agreement is supported by the United Arab Emirates.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the UAE by His Excellency Sultan Al Shamsi, Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Development and International Organizations Affairs and Deputy Director of the Emirates Agency for International Aid. It includes the construction of a modern 129-bed hospital equipped with all facilities, laboratories, and medical supplies, as well as an outdoor garden for the hospital.
Governor Lamlas expressed his deep gratitude to the UAE, its leadership, government, and people, for their steadfast and supportive stances towards our country at various stages, and for the generous and continuous support they provide to the health, education, infrastructure, and other sectors.
Lamlas emphasized that the establishment of this hospital in the capital, Aden, represents a qualitative addition to the health system and will significantly contribute to improving the level of medical services provided to citizens.
