Women of Al-Ghaydah call for expulsion of Brotherhood militia from Al-Mahra

Al-Ghaydah city, the capital of Al-Mahra governorate, on Monday, witnessed a rhetorical festival for the city’s women to demand the expulsion of the Brotherhood militia from the governorate, and to enable its people to manage their security, military and local affairs.
The participants in the festival expressed the need to implement the outcomes of the Riyadh agreement and Riyadh consultations, and to expel the Brotherhood militia from their governorate.
The attendees commended the role of the Southern Transitional Council and the Southern National Dialogue Team at home in working to unify the ranks and strengthen southern cohesion and bring together the views of the people of the southern homeland.
They raised the flags of the state of the south and pictures of President Aidarous Qassem al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, and banners calling for the continuation of Operation Siham al-Sharq to liberate Al-Mahra and protect the rights of the people of the governorate.
