Al-Tilal in Semi-final of The Aden Capital Cup 2 by Defeating Al-Jalaa

Al-Tilal Sport Club football team qualified for the semi-finals of Aden Capital Cup in its second edition, which is held under the auspices of the Southern Transitional Council local authority in Aden the Capital and under the supervision of the Youth and Sports Office in Aden and organized by the Football Association in the capital, Aden.

Al-Tilal qualified after defeating Al-Jalaa with a score of 4-1, in the match held this Sunday afternoon at the historic Al-Hubaishi Stadium in the city of Crater

Al-Tilal began to put pressure on Al-Jalaa’s from the first moment, controlling the ball, forcing Al-Jalaa to retreat back to play counterattacks.

Al-Tilal’s continuous pressure forced Al-Jalaa’s defender to commit a mistake by obstructing striker Ahmed Bucci, so the referee awarded a penalty kick, which was successfully executed by player Ahmed Maher, announcing Al-Tilal’s first goal, 

In a counterattack, Al-Jalaa striker Hussein Al-Numair took advantage of a lapse by Al-Tilal defender Hisham Balabel, so the former went one-on-one with Al-Tilal’s goalkeeper, putting the ball into the net, scoring the equalizer, so the first half ended in a positive 1-1 draw

In the second half, Al-Tilal coach Hassan Al-Laithi made several changes, and with them the appearance and performance of Al-Tilal changed where they scored the second goal through the player Ahmed Maher, who received a well-timed cross from his colleague Ahmed Bucci, 

Al-Jalaa, in turn, tried to threaten Al-Tilal’s goalkeeper through counterattacks, but Al-Jalaa players couldn’t do more, in which Al-Tilal scored the third goal by Anwar Hussein Farhan, and the fourth by Abu Bakr Salem, so the match ended with Al-Tilal winning over Al-Jalaa with a score of 4-1.
