Vinicius saves Real Madrid from Rimontada Levante

Vinicius Junior saved Real Madrid from their first defeat in the new season of the Spanish League, after giving them a 3-3 draw against its host Levante.

The match brought the two teams together, on Sunday evening, at the Ciutat de Valencia, in the second round of La Liga.

For the second match in a row, Real Madrid fails to beat Levante in La Liga, after their last confrontation last season ended in a 1-2 defeat for the royal team.

Real Madrid took an early lead through Welshman Gareth Bale in the fifth minute, a goal that ended the first half.

There was excitement in the second half, as Levante opened it with a equalizer through Roger Marti in the 46th minute.

Levante continued his awakening and scored the second goal in the 57th minute through Jose Campania, but the Brazilian Vinicius equalized for Real in the 73rd minute.

Levante came close to achieving the Remontada, after he advanced again with his third goal, scored by Roberto Suarez Pierre in the 79th minute.

However, Vinicius managed to save Real from Levante’s trap, scoring the equalizer in the 85th minute.

Three minutes after Vinicius’ goal, Levante’s Aitor Fernandez received a direct red card, but Real Madrid failed to take advantage of the numerical shortage, and the exciting confrontation ended in a draw.
