Our Cause is to Restore Our State
We don’t demand improvement in life conditions. We don’t need higher salaries. We even don’t seek to overthrow a government. Our cause and goal are freedom and independence to the south. We want our state back.
Those who think we will derail our cause from it course are dreaming. One time, they demand people to mobilize against poor living conditions. Another time they demand overthrowing of the corrupt government. They are dreaming of sinking us in the swamp of demands for higher salaries or better life conditions. We sacrificed thousands of martyrs whose bloods are still warm just for freedom.
We sold our properties to support our revolution. We sacrificed our bread for a march or a demonstration that may liberate our lands not to demand things that have nothing to do with dignity and national pride.
Suffering is not new for the southern people who is suffering since the ousted Saleh. Our suffering today is only a new boredom over the shoulders of those people under an occupation government. A government that violates all rules and laws, of God and humans as well. A government that robes lands and fortunes of an unarmed people and use it to fight them.
When this occupation is off our lands, our suffering will come to an end. Our revolution is for freedom and independence. Our revolution is to expel Yemeni occupation and clear the south from its accomplices and bats of darkness.
