Al-Rubaizi: President Al-Zubaidi’s visit to Socotra curbed the evil forces hostile to the aspirations of the people of the south

Mr. Ahmed Al-Rubaizi, Vice Chairman of the Council of Advisors of the Southern Transitional Council, confirmed that President Aidarous Al-Zubaidi’s visit to Socotra Governorate curbed the evil forces hostile to the people of the south and their just cause.

Al-Rubaizi said in a tweet on his personal account on the (X) platform that the importance of President Al-Zubaidi’s inspection visit to the Socotra Archipelago came to curb the slander that the evil forces hostile to the aspirations of the people of the south have been accustomed to spreading, with their malicious allegations that seek only to harm Socotra and its people.

Al-Rubaizi pointed out that these forces hostile to the aspirations of the people of the south claim every day that Socotra is occupied by the UAE, Israel, and another country. It sometimes claims to be occupied by America, and other times by Saudi Arabia.

The Deputy Speaker of the Council of Advisors added that the world must bear witness that the Socotra Archipelago is in the hands of its distinguished people, that it is an integral part of the southern state, and that it is safe, as the best governorate enjoying security, stability, and development.
